Paid $80 dollars to get a bump on my thumb misdiagnosed as a blister. Before this I had to wait an hour in the exam room until I decided to leave only to find the doctor standing outside of the door after I opened it. Very frustrating & unprofessional to do this to a patient & the problem with my thumb still persists! My father was an orthopedic surgeon & he would never treat his patients this way. Unbelievable to be honest. I would recommend not patronizing this sad doctor Ravitski & & her staff. I will tell everyone to avoid her like the plague she is.

Dr Ravitskiy is an outstanding Dermatologist. My husband and I have been her patients for 8 years. I have had eyelid cancer and I cannot tolerate alcohol on my face and I am allergic to fluoride in my toothpaste. She has helped me thru all of these things, even seeing me during Covid. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

After making an appointment as a new patient I was schedule for an initial appointment in October. I understand that Dr Ravitskiy is very busy and accepted the appointment. I am very high risk for skin cancer due to being a firefighter and having a family history of melanoma. While waiting for my appointment I contacted the office multiple times and left messages requesting an earlier appointment should it be available due to several concerning spots. Not once did I receive a call back. Then today I was contacted to be told that my appointment, which I have already waited months for, needed to be rescheduled and that the next possible appointment was 2 more months away. I understand that things happen, but to have my messages completely ignored with no follow up is just poor practice. I’m sure Dr Ravitskiy is an excellent dermatologist but the way I’ve been treated by her scheduling staff shows an obvious lack of professionalism.

Dr Ravitskiy was wonderfully patient, explaining everything to me. I was very comfortable with her. I felt that she listened to me and answered my questions.
